missingWrote a review on Nov 09noisy onsenimpolite staff
the onsen was unbearably loud with older guests, ruining my relaxation time, and I was shocked to learn that tattoos were not allowed, shocking for a 'modern' hotel. Despite enduring these, I really expected a complimentary upgrade, but guess that’s too much to ask here. it’s like they forget which guests pay their bills, right?

fantastic proximity to parks and cultural landmarks in kanazawa
during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Kenroku-en Garden, just a short walk away, and the enchanting Nagamachi neighborhood, which offered beautiful streets to stroll through while discovering Kanazawa's rich history.

The shower knob in my room was difficult to use from the start, and by the second night, it broke, leading to a frustrating room switch. The low hot water pressure at the sink made basic tasks inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast hours lacked flexibility, with a narrow time window from 7 AM to 9 AM, and there were no cues for opting out of new towels, just a pile left outside the door. The light control placement between the beds was awkward and uncomfortable.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

It was just an appropriate option for a speedy visit in Kanazawa with extraordinarily good value for money. The hot shower was surprisingly strong, which I really appreciated after a long day. Look for other parking options nearby if the hotel lot is full.

I had a comfy stay with a great onsen and cozy room, which made for a relaxing getaway. The leisure room and public bath were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast selection could use a little more variety, but overall, it didn't dampen my experience at all. 😊
